Jeremiah is a litigator with a diverse and broad caseload. Jeremiah’s recent docket has included serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, felony defense, OVI defense, and divorce, custody and support cases. Jeremiah also has an active juvenile defense practice and acts as a special prosecutor to several municipalities. Prior to entering private practice, Jeremiah was an assistant prosecutor in Erie County, Ohio. He has tried several cases to verdict in many different courts and has broad experience in jury and bench trials as well as trials before magistrates.
Jeremiah has litigated many personal injury cases and has negotiated many favorable out-of-court settlements. He has significant experience litigating difficult personal injury cases involving disputed liability and complicated injuries.
In the domestic relations arena, Jeremiah has represented clients in divorce, dissolution, custody, and support matters. He has also been appointed by several courts as guardian ad litem in domestic relation cases.
Jeremiah has significant experience representing creditors, lien holders, and financial institutions in collection actions, foreclosures, and other litigation throughout Ohio.
Jeremiah has extensive experience representing defendants in criminal investigations and proceedings. He has significant experience litigating constitutional, statutory, and administrative issues in criminal and traffic cases.
Jeremiah lives in Bellevue with his wife Melanie and their three children, Tyler, Joel, and Amelia.
